Paying super for contractors
16 February 2011If you use contractors in your business, you need to understand your responsibilities for paying super - even if the contractor quotes their ABN number.
If you pay contractors under a contract that is wholly or principally for the contractor's labour, then you'll need to pay super contributions, because they are considered to be employees under super guarantee law.
