Rates

We offer competitive hourly rates for junior and senior bookkeepers, as well as management staff. Our hourly book keeping rates reflect the skill sets of individual bookkeepers in line with their training, specialism and how they will be used by your business.

Our rates reflect the skill sets of individual bookkeepers based on their training, special skills and how they will be used in the service role being considered.

The rates as at 30 April 2006 are as follows:

Bookkeeper - Standard $40 per hour*
Skills will allow data entry, bank reconciliations, standard payroll, trial balance and basic reporting.

Book keeper - Supervisor $55 per hour*
Skills include the above plus inventory management, budgeting, complex payroll, invoicing and payment processing, supervision of standard bookkeepers, chart set up and design, BAS/IAS completion.

Bookkeeper - Management $75 per hour*
Skills include all of the above plus KPI design & reporting, supervision of below, training, special projects, detailed budgeting, project scoping and management.

Disbursements - at cost

Travel may be charged where a visit is less than 1/2 day in duration or significant travel costs are incurred.
